LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR CABIN MANAGERS

Pursers - or Cabin Managers -have the final responsibilities in the cabin after the aircraft doors have been closed. On a heavy jet s/he is manager for about 15-20 Cabin attendants. Normally individuals don't apply to work as a C/A with the intention of getting into leadership, but by the time the motivation will increase. We support them to develop their leadership skills.
