Shanghai Airlines and Albert Consulting are signing the contract concerning pilot selection system and support.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  
  Senior Vice President Ding, Shanghai Airlines and Ferenc Albert  have high set expectations. An effective pilot selection is not only a safety  issue but also a competitive advantage.

 
  Business manager Ms Chen,  has been the  architect behind the agreement. Together with Ms Chris from the  Swedish Council of Trade, she has been the important link and constructive negotiator to realize the co-operation.

 
  Albert Consulting is hosting the celebration of the contract with the new friends from Shanghai Airlines.  
  General Manager HR, Mr Lu, responsible for Shanghai Airline's pilot selection process , is studying the computer  based test together with his staff.
